At Plaza Foundation, we are committed to providing high-quality social services and farming-based products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent process for returns and refunds. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns and Refunds Overview
We accept returns and offer refunds for eligible products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It must include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., food products) or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns.
Note: Services, such as consultancy or advisory services, are generally non-refundable unless specified in the service agreement.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at email@plazaf.org with the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- The product you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review the information and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved.
- Return Shipping: After receiving the RAN, securely package the product and include all original packaging, receipts, and documentation. Ship the product to the following address:

Email: email@plazaf.org - Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In case of defects, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Condition of Returned Products
Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or alterations.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, Plaza Foundation reserves the right to refuse the return or offer only a partial refund.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive a refund based on the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: If a returned item is found to be damaged or used, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover the loss of product value.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the product has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at email@plazaf.org with your order number and cancellation request.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue. In such cases:
- Contact us at email@plazaf.org within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide details of the defect or the incorrect item, along with a photo if possible.
- We will either issue a full refund or replace the product at no additional cost to you.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Products not in their original packaging or missing accessories.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants) or custom-made items.
- Services rendered as part of social services, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
